People & Culture Coordinator (Salary $81,001 plus super) - Location flexible

This is a new opportunity within Thirrili and provides an opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to develop and expand their skills and expertise. Responsibility for Employee Development, including leading our Performance Development Planning; Recruitment; HR advice; supporting Executives and Managers to build their teams; provision of Award advice; developing and implementing a comprehensive Orientation and Induction program; reviewing, implementing and monitoring our Health & Wellbeing policies.


About You: Your experience in multi-faceted HR roles, together with your qualifications in a relevant discipline, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a small yet dynamic leadership team will be highly regarded. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in relevant roles.
